John Burns – Becoming The Beast

The script of John Burn’s one man play about Aleister Crowley, that was first performed at the Edinburgh Fringe festival in 2010. The book comprises an Introduction and three sections: the text of the play itself, an essay by the author in which he discusses how he came to first hear of Crowley, and his opinions of the Beast, and a short essay by Crowley as a mountaineer.
